Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is
a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm located in El Segundo
looking for a full-time associate attorney with 2-8 years of

passionate about employment law? Do you have a knack for handling
complex legal issues? We are looking for a Permanent Employment Law
Attorney to join our dynamic team in the Legal industry. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with a
focus on wage and hour laws, plaintiff employment law, and other
relevant areas. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field,
you'll be expected to exhibit a high level of professionalism,
excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for justice. This is

growth fostered. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and
counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law matters,
including wage and hour laws, discrimination, wrongful termination,
and other employment-related issues. 2. Represent clients in court,
before government agencies, or in private legal matters. 3. Conduct
research and analysis of legal problems, interpret laws, rulings,
and regulations for individuals and businesses. 4. Prepare and
draft legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, and other legal
documents. 5. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes. 6. Advocate
for the rights of employees in the workplace. 7. Stay updated on
the latest developments in employment law to provide the most
accurate advice and representation. 8. Develop strategies and
arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following
qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an employment
attorney. 3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 4.
Proven experience in wage and hour laws, plaintiff employment law,
and other relevant areas. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, with a
strong ability to draft and review legal documents, analyze legal
advice and apply it to business needs. 6. Excellent negotiation
skills. 7. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with
the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
within the organization. 8. Ability to handle large volumes of work
and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 9. Strong
organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business
results. 10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with
discretion and a high level of integrity. 11. Demonstrated
commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
and the ability to build respectful, productive relationships with
