leadership Job Details Key Responsibilities Manage and review
complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations,
C corporations, and trusts Serve as the primary point of contact
for assigned clients, ensuring quality service delivery and timely
communication Lead tax planning and consulting engagements,
particularly for real estate clients Research and analyze complex
tax issues and prepare technical memos Oversee, mentor, and train
junior and senior tax staff Review workpapers and ensure compliance
with firm procedures and tax regulations Assist in practice
development activities, including client proposals and relationship
building Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations and
communicate changes to clients and team Qualifications CPA license
required 5–8 years of recent public accounting experience with a
focus in tax Strong experience with pass-through entities; real
estate client exposure is highly preferred Proficiency with tax
software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx, UltraTax) and Microsoft
Excel Strong leadership, communication, and project management
skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight
