supporting your Santa Fe Springs, California team onsite, five days
per week. Smaller Office team. The Sales & Marketing Support role
will provide critical administrative and operational support to the
Santa Fe Springs, California team, working onsite five days per
week. This is a hands-on role within a smaller office team,
supporting both sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring
smooth day-to-day operations. The individual in this role will
assist three outside sales representatives with end-to-end sales
support, manage customer communications through CRM systems, and
maintain accurate documentation. This person will also help
coordinate cross-department projects, support general office and
workspace upkeep, and contribute to an organized and efficient work
environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive,
and eager to learn. They should thrive in a fast-paced, evolving
environment, and take pride in helping the team achieve its goals
while supporting the company’s next stage of growth. Requirements:
Strong CRM experience and ability to manage customer communication
and documentation Sales support experience with the ability to
assist in end-to-end processes Comfort navigating intranet systems
and working closely with a B2B customer base Strong communication,
organization, and follow-through Ability to support three outside
sales reps and maintain high-volume coordination Eagerness to
learn, grow, and evolve with the needs of the organization
Technically capable, with a positive attitude and excitement to
grow within the role Ability to support general office and
workspace upkeep to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient
working environment Flexible, dependable, and able to collaborate
across departments in a fast-paced setting
