Job Description:

Quotation Representative



? Generating and management of project quotations for current client/customer base.


? Managing small (10K or less) to large projects (100K or more) for current client/customer base


o Approx. 125 clients vary from electrical wholesalers to electrical contractors


? Correspondence via telephone or email during process.


? Provide information on lighting and control solutions


? Generation of specification sheets for customer use


? Maintaining customer pricing levels


? Must be able to deliver clear defined direction to customers



Candidate must have the following skills:


? Organizational skills


? Professional phone etiquette


? Friendly demeanor


? Ability to prioritize and reprioritize as situations arise


? Good handwriting


? Ability to type


? Ability to file


? Must be able to work within a small group of other customer care representatives
