Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Healthcare and
Hospital Systems).
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts for group training
in infection prevention and control
Oversee sales operations, track KPIs, and produce regular
performance reports for management
Negotiate contracts and collaborate with the Program Manager on
proposal development and budget execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in selling training/education to hospital
systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Sales Force,
and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
