Job Description:

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.
Key Responsibilities

Process member payments, update member information, and handle policy terminations and reinstatements
Provide accurate information on coverage plans, assist with prior authorizations, and update claims statuses
Maintain confidentiality, escalate complex issues, and contribute to team success through collaboration

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
At least two years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, or customer service
Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
Ability to clear a criminal background check
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
