A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and post electronic client files, ensuring accuracy in
enrollments and terminations
Respond to call center escalations and troubleshoot errors related
to client service issues
Communicate with insurance carriers to maintain eligibility and
document client processing procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to interface professionally with clients and carriers
Experience with project management tools for tracking tasks and
issues
