Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide
technical support for end-users in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network
issues for local and remote end-users
Manage and support Jira and Okta user access, troubleshooting
related issues as needed
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring
secure device management and compliance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a desktop support role with strong
troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and project
management
Experience with Okta for user provisioning and authentication
Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for
both iOS and Android platforms
