Job Summary:Our client, an industry leader in entertainment, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect Project Lead. Key qualifications include a minimum of 13 years of professional experience in architecture, an architectural license in California, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited school is required.Location:Anaheim, CaliforniaJob Details:

• Type: Contract
• Salary: $80 - $90 per hour
• Work hours: 8 am to 4 pm
• Education: Bachelor's degreeResponsibilities:
• Lead coordination of city plan check comments, RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues with AOR/EOR and project stakeholders.
• Manage internal team input and collaborate with AOR/EOR/GC to maintain alignment across all project phases.
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to Disney quality standards, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Define project scopes, identify necessary team members, and proactively resolve multidisciplinary design challenges.
• Conduct punch walks, provide actionable feedback, and compile closeout documentation for project turnover.
• Apply technical expertise and lessons learned to improve design quality and execution efficiency across projects.Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degreeSkills:
    • Architecture (10 years of experience preferred)
