Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chapter Operations Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on
policies, procedures, and operational areas
Review, revise, and recommend chapter policies while identifying
process improvements
Ensure satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters,
partnering with Chapter Engagement Specialists
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred;
equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of association experience or similar scope
experience
General knowledge of association laws and practices
Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric
environment
Proficiency in English as the business language for PMI
