Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Real World Data Analytics
Consultant to lead analytical efforts across diverse therapeutic
areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans
for large-scale real-world evidence studies
Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality
in their work
Establish and maintain strong relationships with client
counterparts, providing strategic insights based on data
findings
Qualifications:
Minimum 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or
epidemiology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in managing complex observational research
projects in the healthcare sector
Expertise in SAS programming and advanced proficiency in SQL, R,
and Python
Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and experience with
health insurance claims data
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology,
Data Science, or a related field
