Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician I to
provide Tier I end-user help desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Help Desk tickets according to SLA
Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to
computer systems, hardware, software, telecommunications, and
networking
Document customer interactions in a service desk ticketing system
and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's
degree is a plus
Basic technical experience with Windows operating systems and
computer hardware
Help Desk experience or equivalent work experience is a plus
A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends as
needed
