Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIM Tech II, Certified.
Key Responsibilities
Process, analyze, and ensure completeness of medical records within
required time frames
Respond to requests for medical information in accordance with
departmental and hospital guidelines
Coordinate the completion of patient medical records and address
any missing information
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited Health Information
Technology/Health Information Management program
5+ years of relevant experience
Current certification or eligibility for the national exam for RHIT
or RHIA by AHIMA
Certification must be obtained within six months from the date of
hire if eligible
