Job Description:

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to identify and select Lean Six Sigma projects for cost reduction and improved client satisfaction
Lead consultative projects across the enterprise, managing project life cycles and aligning strategies with organizational needs
Collaborate with project teams on process improvement planning, communication, and training to ensure successful execution and adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in process improvement, consulting, and process modeling at a large financial institution
Experience in risk and control identification and collaboration with risk management
Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
Experience utilizing ARIS BPMN Software or other BPMN Software; Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
