Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher to manage daily routes and
schedules for a work group.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize route management software to schedule and dispatch specimen
pickups
Manage high volume email and phone traffic to coordinate
resources
Ensure productivity and expense targets are met while maintaining
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or operations
Experience in a medical courier environment is preferred
Familiarity with route management software is a plus
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
