Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Copier/Print) to
implement strategies for improvement and manage projects.
Key Responsibilities
Document current state and gather requirements from stakeholders to
identify gaps
Create business requirements and user stories, ensuring project
scope is communicated and accepted
Mentor and coach other Business Analysts while coordinating project
completion and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, or
equivalent education and experience
Experience in a copier or managed print organization
Experience working with offshore development teams
Industry-recognized certifications in relevant applications
preferred
IIBA CCBA certification preferred
