A company is looking for a Digital Adoption Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital transformation initiatives by creating and
maintaining documentation and training for custom software
applications
Develop and deliver user training, utilizing AI and Digital
Adoption Platforms to enhance user experience
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
and internal policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer
Science, or relevant experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical writing, training
development, or IT support roles
Strong knowledge and experience with AI tools and digital adoption
platforms
Excellent understanding of enterprise systems and project
management skills
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
