Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to
assist restaurant owners with inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of inbound phone
calls, chats, and emails
Maintain a customer satisfaction level over 90%
Log all activities and interactions with customers using
Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Customer-facing support experience, preferably at a software
company
Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent spoken and written
communication skills
A designated work from home area with high-speed internet and
minimal interruptions
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with a telephony system such as Talkdesk or RingDNA
