Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Safeguarding,
Protection and Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of safeguarding strategies
and policies for Head Start programs
Provide technical guidance and training on safeguarding, child
protection, and community engagement to program staff
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and
well-being of children and families in the community
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least seven
years of relevant experience
Proven knowledge of child development for ages 0-5 years
Experience in evaluating incidents and providing guidance while
maintaining confidentiality
Ability to prioritize issues and assess urgency effectively
Professional proficiency in MS Office suite and spoken/written
English
