Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Subrogation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee subrogation recovery efforts and provide coaching to
adjusters
Collaborate with adjusters and stakeholders to enhance
communication and workflow
Manage complex claims while promoting teamwork and compliance with
procedures
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in Workers' Compensation
and/or Commercial Auto claims subrogation
Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
Proven experience in negotiation and decision-making
