Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage a team of professional services
consultants
Coach and mentor team members to improve knowledge and delivery
quality
Contribute to strategy development for team growth and resource
planning
Required Qualifications
8+ years of consulting practice leadership experience
4+ years of consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or
equivalent experience
Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
MBA is a plus
