Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Facility Coordinator to assist
the facility management team in delivering client facility
services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall facility management services and monitor
office/facility operations
Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs, and manage
work orders
Required Qualifications
Experience in facility management or related field
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to manage vendor relationships and performance
Experience in creating and managing work orders
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
