Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Equity Mortgage Loan
Processor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting service level
agreements
Conduct thorough application reviews and validate required
documentation
Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing timely updates
and managing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience
NMLS licensed or ability to obtain license within 30 days of
employment
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as
needed
Must be located within 100 miles of a local office
