Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to evaluate loan options
Utilize technology to qualify borrowers for loan programs
Provide exceptional customer service and establish ongoing
relationships
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience required (2+ years
preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with NMLS requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales
environment
