Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medication Therapy Management
(MTM) Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to schedule MTM clinician
interventions for eligible beneficiaries
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MTM programs and assist
with training and Quality Assurance
Document and research returned member materials and perform
outreach calls to pharmacies and prescriber offices
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent GED
2 years of work experience as an MTM Specialist
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for
work visa or residency sponsorship
Knowledge of government programs (Medicare)
Experience with highly confidential medical information is
preferred
