Job Description:
A company is looking for a Job Search Strategist/Career
Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to
achieve goals
Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advise and coach on career development, transition issues, and job
search strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career
coaching
Currently resides in the Lafayette, LA area with knowledge of local
job searching
Experience with virtual coaching
Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation
scenarios is a plus
Master's degree in a related field and coaching certification
preferred
