Job Description:
A company is looking for a Boarding and Applications
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to gather required pre-application data and
collect application documents
Conduct initial underwriting checks and accurately enter merchant
accounts for first-time approval
Act as the primary contact between merchants and processing
partners, troubleshooting account issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
1+ year working with credit card processing, ACH processing, banks,
or fintech companies
Proficiency with PC-based tools and software
Experience managing customer escalations and complex financial
workflows
