Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Care Team to ensure resources for member
enrollment and maintenance in the IPC Copay Assistance Program
Maintain patient database for follow-up, tracking, and
reporting
Assist patients with enrollment in the manufacturer's program and
review claims as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and/or GED with 2 to 3 years of relevant
experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Professional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
