Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patient Success Advocate,
requiring weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to patients via phone, email, and chat,
resolving inquiries and technical issues
Educate patients on the capabilities and benefits of the service to
empower their care journey
Proactively follow up with patients to ensure concerns are resolved
and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
3+ years of multi-channel help desk experience, preferably in a
healthcare-related field
Experience in a customer-facing role within healthcare, aiding
patients in navigating the system
Prior experience in a metrics-driven position and with Medicare
patients
Experience working in a remote environment
Ability to identify trends and provide feedback with positive
intent
