Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist
to support employee-facing communications focused on global HR
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support People and Culture initiatives, ensuring communications
resonate with a global employee population
Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters and
intranet, while analyzing their effectiveness
Implement best practices for impactful communications and partner
with global teams for major internal initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or
related field
3-5 years of experience in internal communications and channel
management
Proficient writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with
knowledge of AP style
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability
to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Google Suite and email content tools; familiarity
with content strategy and analytics tools is a plus
