Job Description:
A company is looking for an AP/AR Specialist responsible for
managing accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Create purchase orders and verify invoice accuracy
Process payments and analyze invoice discrepancies
Maintain documentation and communicate with vendors regarding
purchase orders
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts
payable
Intermediate knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Excel, and Teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and take initiative
