Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Backend Systems (C#
/ Rust / AWS).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and
enhance platform capabilities
Lead or support complex software development initiatives from
ideation through deployment
Mentor junior engineers and serve as a key technical voice within
the team
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong command of Rust, C#, and SQL
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ASP.Net frameworks
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
serverless architecture
Proficiency in Git-based workflows and collaborative
development
