Job Description:
Massively expanding & reputable Import/Export Co. is
experiencing massive growth. Seeking to add 2 Professionals that
bring a demonstrated track record with: Import documentation
collection, review and processing. Create and maintain files for
arriving shipments. Facilitate payment to carriers and vendors.
Process billing to customers and agents. Collect payment for our
services. Customer service for both internal and external
customers. Act as liaison between DGX and agent offices on a daily
basis to coordinate inbound shipments. Coordinate third party
vendors involved with the physical shipment handling or shipment
paperwork. Arrange shipment on forwarding to customer?s specified
destinations. Investigate and resolve troubled shipments. Process
air import rate requests Additional crucial duties, as necessary.
