Job Details Responsibilities: Manage discovery processes, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis. Draft legal documents such as pleadings and complex motions. Conduct legal research. Appear in court as required. Supervise junior associates and follow instructions from supervising partners. Qualifications: 1 years of litigation experience. JD from an accredited law school. CA State Bar License. Familiarity with environmental law, including bedrock environmental laws like CERCLA. Background in geology or hydrogeology.
