Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of California. 5 years of experience in defense or related litigation.
