A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel
EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions including SaaS
and software licensing agreements
Provide guidance on risks and liabilities associated with
commercial transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk
mitigation strategies and develop best practices
Required Qualifications
JD degree or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and
negotiation, including 2-3 years with cloud-based services
Demonstrated experience with software-as-a-service and software
licensing agreements
Proficiency in data security and privacy regulations
Experience in a deadline-driven sales environment
