A company is looking for a Business Professional - Paralegal
III.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare regulatory filings and other documents for state
and federal agencies
Assist in responding to state audits and maintain corporate
documents
Research statutes and regulations, providing support to health
plans and legal teams
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in managed
healthcare
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent
Knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance departments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
