Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Application Developer to serve
as the senior technical authority for a major federal software
initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the design and development of secure, scalable, and
maintainable applications across Agile teams
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within a
DevSecOps environment
Translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions
in a fast-paced delivery setting
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree + 6 years of
relevant experience
At least 12 years of software development experience, including
full-stack delivery
Demonstrated expertise in architecting and building
enterprise-grade applications
Experience leading and mentoring Agile teams through sprint
planning and code reviews
