dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our dedicated team. In this
pivotal role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and
hiring top-tier candidates across various roles, all while
fostering meaningful relationships and supporting our diverse
workforce. Pay Rate: DOE Job Location: Pasadena, TX 77505 What
You’ll Do: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to
attract high-caliber talent, ensuring alignment with company
staffing needs. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels—including
networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events—to
identify and engage qualified candidates. Conduct thorough
candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and skill assessments
to evaluate fit and potential. Manage the full-cycle recruitment
process—from initial sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
and onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their
workforce requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
Oversee pre-employment processes such as background checks,
assessments, and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate,
up-to-date records within the Bullhorn ATS system, ensuring data
integrity and efficient workflow. Stay informed on industry hiring
trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to refine our
recruitment strategies. Represent Integrity Trade Services at
networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to build our
brand and expand talent pools. Meet and surpass recruitment targets
while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency (English and [Other Language]) preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within
staffing or skilled trades industries. Proven success in sourcing,
attracting, and retaining top talent in competitive markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging
candidates at all levels. Experience with ATS and CRM
systems—particularly Bullhorn—is highly desirable. Ability to work
independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced
environment. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret recruiting
