Our client is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager in
Long Beach, CA, to oversee the design and administration of
compensation and benefits programs. This role focuses on ensuring
market competitiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. Must
be willing to be onsite three days a week. Client Details A

Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee the administration and
execution of its compensation and benefits programs. This role will
ensure competitive and compliant pay structures, manage benefits
offerings, and support overall employee well-being. The ideal
candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to
collaborate with HR and leadership to optimize total rewards

maintain compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and alignment with company policies. Support the
development and maintenance of salary structures, job evaluations,
and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Oversee benefits
administration, including enrollments, renewals, and employee
inquiries, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements. Assist in the analysis of compensation data and
trends to support decision-making and program enhancements. Utilize
HRIS systems to track, manage, and optimize compensation and
benefits data. Provide guidance to employees on compensation,
benefits, and policy-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation,
benefits, and reporting. Assist in developing and updating HR
policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Research
industry trends to recommend improvements to compensation and
benefits programs. Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a
plus. 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
administration Strong understanding of compensation structures,
benefits programs, and compliance requirements. Experience
analyzing compensation and benefits data to support
decision-making. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor
law compliance. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage
multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to support employees and collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management. Job
