Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the global payroll strategy and initiatives,
including EOR payroll and product design
Provide operational leadership to ensure timely and accurate
payroll for employees worldwide
Manage a team of over 100 employees and collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders to promote operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in building global payroll solutions
and service delivery
Strong understanding of the global payroll space with a track
record of developing best-in-class solutions
Experience in fast-growing, tech-enabled businesses
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across various
stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of processes and
efficiency gains
