As an Inventory Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring
our veterinary hospital operates efficiently. From managing
supplies to supporting the team, your organizational skills will
help us maintain the high standards our clients and their pets
deserve. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels
to ensure the hospital is fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Place orders and receive shipments, verifying accuracy and quality
of items delivered. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
for easy access and efficiency. Track usage of supplies and assist
in identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with team
members to ensure inventory needs are met for daily operations.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address any issues or
discrepancies. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in an inventory management or related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to
detail and accuracy in tracking inventory and shipments. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with
vendors and team members. Familiarity with inventory management
