Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nursing Academic Program Director for
the BSN program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee curriculum development and ensure academic quality and
student success
Collaborate with faculty and coordinate programmatic accreditation
processes
Engage in ongoing program evaluation and enhancement activities
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree required
Current unencumbered RN license required
Three years or more of teaching experience in a higher education
setting
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in higher
education
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance agencies (e.g., CCNE,
ACEN, HLC)
