Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success
Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and success with their
cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts to drive
adoption of the cybersecurity solution
Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to internal teams and
guiding clients through the onboarding process
Conduct regular success check-ins and in-depth quarterly business
reviews to align on strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or
cybersecurity environment
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and relevant
certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
Strong technical expertise in information technology and
cybersecurity
Experience with CRM and Customer Success software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on
customer-focused initiatives
