Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Risk
Management & Patient Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for clinical risk management and patient
relations programs, guiding regional and facility staff
Develop short and long-term goals for the teams, including managing
operations within budget and creating data metrics
Oversee the Patient Relations Service Center, ensuring timely
resolution of patient complaints and implementing process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and
experience
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible managerial
experience, including three years in a healthcare system
Applicable certifications and/or licensures may be required, such
as RN, MD, or JD
Expert-level knowledge of clinical risk management principles and
practices
Proven track record of driving successful performance outcomes and
achieving organizational goals
