the VIP team and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and net
revenue
Contribute to process and compliance initiatives to improve
operations and team performance
Manage a high-performing team through coaching and actionable
feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of
experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a sales team
Strong understanding of product lines and operational efficiency
strategies
Experience in coaching teams to deliver quality customer
experiences
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming
Licenses
