Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional
materials for online courses
Create and/or revise interactive storyboards, simulations, and
multimedia elements
Manage project timelines and coordinate with project teams for
timely delivery of course materials
Required Qualifications
Experience as an instructional designer with a focus on training
content development
Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline,
Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator
Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or GxP industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects
Experience in a highly regulated environment
