Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain operational relationships with key partners,
vendors, and internal teams
Manage vendor sites, including contracts, staffing, and performance
metrics
Conduct business reviews and drive KPI performance while improving
workflow management
Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of direct vendor management experience in a BPO
environment
Experience leading vendor operations teams in technical customer
support
Strong operational background with a track record of data-driven
decision-making
Ability to execute complex operational projects involving multiple
stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Tableau or SQL
