Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations to
lead and optimize commercial processes across various
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize the full spectrum of commercial processes from
sales operations to proposal development
Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team focused on
sales operations and strategy
Drive continuous improvement in commercial lifecycle processes to
enhance scalability and profitability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy,
or Deal Desk leadership roles
Proven experience managing high-performing teams and leading
complex deals
Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and revenue
modeling
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications
preferred
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales
analytics tools
