Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Advisor Growth &
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and
external partners
Recruit Advisors and assist in identifying acquisition
opportunities
Develop and oversee business plans to drive growth and assess
market trends
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in leadership roles within broker-dealers,
RIAs, or Wealth Management
2-4 years of experience in a director capacity focused on advisor
growth
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4-7 years of relevant
training
Licenses: Series 6, 7, and 65/66 preferred or willingness to
obtain
Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and customer service
